Information you submit

The form asks for name, phone, email, Dutch postcode, town or city, work type and description. Optional fields include area, floor level, lift, waste removal, date, photos and drawings. Website, source page, service and receipt date are recorded.

Why it is used

Information is used to assess the request, contact you and prepare a possible agreement. It is not sold, and a quote request is not a marketing subscription.

Photos and documents

Send only files needed for assessment. Avoid unnecessary identity documents, medical information, identifiable people or sensitive data. Request photos are not published as project material without separate permission.

Processing and security

Requests use a secure connection and restricted storage or the designated email facility. Hosting and email providers may process data for handling the request. Access should be limited to people handling it.

Retention

Closed enquiries without an agreement are kept only as needed for contact and follow-up. The form storage uses 90 days as a target removal period. Contractual or legally required records may be kept longer. Contact us about removal.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, object to processing. Information may be needed to match your request to the enquiry. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and measurements

The website uses no marketing cookies or advertising trackers. The menu and form do not store your enquiry in browser storage. Any later measurement services require corresponding policy and consent changes.
